Thread: Low T need help

Hi guys

I have no idea if this is in the right thread, I have never used a forum before and new to this one so hopefully I’m doing this right.

I went to the docs a few months ago and about 3 weeks ago and again yesterday and got a blood test due to feeling like crap over the last few years but more then usual I have felt really down, tired low sex drive, headache most days, pissing heaps and generally exhausted.
My first few were 8 then 7.4 and latest results came back today and my testosterone is 7 and the healthy range is 11-32. I rang the doctor back up and he doesn’t seemed concerned like at all, I have done some research and I feel like he should be concerned due to the health problems related to low T and because I feel like complete shit.
I feel like he has paid me off because I said I’m into strongman and I like working out, he asked me a million times if I use steroids and other things and I honestly haven’t however I’m a big guy and get accused of it all the time I have massive traps and larger than average arms and I don’t even train shoulders and only do arms every now and then, I feel like if you have big traps you automatically get accused of gear but anyway.
I’m glad I don’t have cancer or something worse but this is still shit and i don’t know what to do, I asked around and one of my friends is a steroid user and told me to just self medicate with gear but I don’t want to unless it’s prescribed because I work in a government job and get drug tested so he said ask you guys here and that’s what I’m doing.
Am I overreacting or should I keep trying to find a Doctor who will look into my low T or just give up and use trt dosed underground T?

Trained 17 years consistently
5 days a week strength programs
bench-180kg (strongpoint)
squat-180kg
dead-200kg (weak as fuck due to army pack marching years ago)

I might shop around for a new doctor it’s just hard being in rural area with not many docs.
I have done a shit ton of research on steroids in the last few weeks and understand self medicating TRT and doses, esters and all that but is there anyway to take low dose gear and pass a drug test, because I’m the biggest guy at work I always get “randomly” selected for piss tests and in last 4 years I have had 5 tests all are done by by the Australian institute of sport and they don’t miss much, one time I had aspirin and it showed up lol
I’m so miserable it’s tempting to do it but really can’t afford to lose my job and most likely get a criminal record even though I’m essentially leveling out a natural occurring hormone which is a bloody joke but anyway.

Most regular dr are clueless. They either dont want to touch trt or they'll under dose you or have a protocol that's completely outdated (1 pin of test c every two or three weeks for example). Regular hormone specialist are just a bad. Not to say you don't hear every so often of a regular good dr prescribing TRT correctly.

Since you won't know if a regular dr is screwing you since you won't know the signs and I'm assuming you haven't dove into learning everything about trt and how hormones work ect. I'd just look online for a well known TRT clinic. They do everything by phone. You only see a local regular dr to fill out a vitals check up sheet and you give the local place your blood work when bloodwork is needed and send that to your TRT clinic. They send the stuff right to your house were you administer yourself.

I use a online one and I'm very happy. This is after suffering going threw multiple local drs and a bad local trt clinic.

I didn’t know you could do it online that would be a massive help, I would have to drive 4 hours both ways to see the nearest trt doc.
So do I just look online for one and they sort everything out or do I have to get a referral to one by my local doc, I live in rural Nsw Australia if that helps.
I have like 5 blood test that have my T low do I need more over a greater time, I’m sorry if I seem desperate I’m not trying to rush anything but my life is fucking shit atm and my marriage is suffering because my partner thinks I’m not attracted to her and I need to fix this ASAP, I literally feel like my world is falling down around me I’m so glad it’s low T but so upset at the same time, it’s a treatable sickness but at the same time it’s a massive hassle to get treatment...

I didn't realize your in Australia. I'm not sure of a USA based clinic taking on Australian patients. I don't believe mine does but I think I've heard of one that might. I'd look into it more. I'm sure someone will chime in with info since I remember seeing Australia members here. I think you may have your own section too on here, I'd take a look threw the sub forums.

Hang in there. It's worth the work cause after you do get squared away you'll start feeling like a new man in a couple weeks.

Looks like most online docs here prescribe some test gel that has some pretty bad reviews and charge you thousands of dollars to do it.
No wonder so many people self medicate here, I have never been in trouble with the law, like never even had a speeding fine that’s why I never brought AAS but if it’s a choice between losing my wife and daughter and my sanity there’s really no choice.
The stupid laws here change in my state and now if They catch you with steroids it’s the same as meth or heroin like jail time or heavy fines for a natural hormone we all produce wtf

They actually drug test specifically for steroids?
