Low iron and ferritin on Trt.
Blood lab.. Iron 38mcg. Ferritin 12ng. Hb Red blood cells were fine.
Dr. Prescribed 200mg test cyp.weekly For 3 years now.
Donated blood once in the last year and twice a year before that. Was taking baby aspirin twice a day.
Was the baby aspirin the cause?
Had sinus surgery 5 months ago.
Dr. Prescribed 65mg iron twice a day now. Hope it's not too much and thickens my blood.
Always tired. Any ideas?

I had low iron levels years a go. I took an iron supplement briefly and my levels returned very quickly. Never had a problem again. If you continue to feel tired or have any other symptoms make sure you get back in to see your doctor.
I found this article that covers the possible causes of iron deficiency Iron Deficiency Guide: Causes, Symptoms and Treatment Options

I'm spending 2hrs. 6 days a week in the gym. Need at least 3 minutes between sets to get my energy levels up. The rest of the day I'm wiped out.
I go back for repeated labs in 10 weeks. I read your guide. What's a little different in my situation is my hemoglobin is mid range. Most likely due to the TRT.
Thank you.
