      Greetings TRT Therapy Issues

I’ve been on TRT for about a year with not very good results. I take the gel twice a day at I believe 150mg. I was applying it at first to my love handles had my test drop well bellow 150. Sorry just rounding numbers. Then I was prescribed to apply it twice a day to my inner legs. It dingo up to over 300. However I can count on one hand the amount of days that I actually felt better. I’m having high anxiety, jealousy, and have a hard time getting or maintaining an erection. I’m 51 and all of a sudden I’ve got problems now in the last 60 days. I’m recovering from my 3 rd spinal cord injury and take large doses of gabapentin. Last month the thought was my estrogen levels were high so I was put on a blocker. I take it one a week.
Has anyone had any issues like this with TRT? Thanks for reading my novel

I don't have any experience with the gels, but I haven't heard too many good things. A lot of people have complained. You might want to look into injections, if you can find a doctor that will work with you. I've had excellent results with injections and it's easier to, in my belief, maintain adequate blood levels throughout the week, if done correctly.
Does your doctor pull blood work on you regularly to see what those testosterone gels are actually doing in your body? Your hormone levels etc

It’s because you are using gel. It gets trapped in subcutaneous fat later, spiking estrogen and sometimes prolactin.

Inject that 150mg (75mg 2x a wk). Then you will feel TRT!

The gabapentin could be the cause of your emotional issues but you need to speak with your doctor about that. Pain is a bitch to deal with.

I would talk to your doc and drop the armidex and go with aromasin. I doubt a doc will prescribe that to you but its much easier to maintain your estrogen while on aromasin vrs armidex and there is zero rebound.

Your test levels look fine as does your e2. The name of the game is to have some estrogen in your body, just not too much.

I'd also be a little concerned with your A1C. You need to get that under control. Your blood work to me and I'm no doctor looks to be in line with someone supplementing testosterone. Thats why your RBC is a little high.

I’d highly recommend cannabis for pain or emotional issues over anything the doctors tries to push on you but if that doesn’t suffice, maybe try an SSRI (as a last resort) some of us have to take something due to imbalances

That gel stuff sucks be careful not to get it on your wife or she will grow a beard. Not joking
