I run 150mg of test and 50mg of primo each week. The addition of primo has had the following effect:

50mg of Primo lowered SHBG by 50% and also lowered oestradiol by 45ish%.....holy fuck. I would love to see the full blood panel because usually when SHBG is lowered that significantly E2 rises.

Specifically with Primo I understand it to, rather than acting as an AI, it competes with Test for Aromatase. If that makes sense but again wow 45% & 50% fluctuations are substantial changes on just 50mg.
