      Need Advice on adding Test

      Hey Brothers,

      I am 40 years old. Did my blood work on the 10/08/2020. Some of the results are as follows:

      1) Serum Testosterone: 603 (ranges are 249-836 ng/dL)
      2) Estradiol: 25 (<60 pg/mL)
      3) Androstenedione: 3.6 (ranges are 0.6-3.1 ng/mL)
      4) Serum Prolactin: 12.9 (ranges are 4-15.2 ng/mL)
      5) SHBG: 35.2 (ranges are 10-80 nmol/L)
      6) Thyroid Hormone: 5.64 (ranges are 0.27-4.7 μIU/mL)
      7) Glucose: 90 (ranges are 70-110 mg/dL)

      So, although i have used Winstrol a couple of years back (for 6 weeks, very low dosage), i am a virgin to AAS. However, i am very serious about my training and diet and i have made a conscious decision that i want to start using AAS with the goal of improving my lifting, looks etc, i want to get the best out of AAS use without risking my health.

      At the moment, we are in lockdown in Greece and gyms are closed, will stay closed at least until the 7th of Jan 2021. As a result i have no access to heavy weights. So, i decided to get as lean as possible this winter. I started running Proviron on the 1st of Dec and at the moment i am running 50mg per day, which i will increase to 75mg and run it until the 15th of Jan 2021 (46 days, 6.6 weeks). I also will run Clen starting from 40μcg to 160μcg, cycling it every 15 days.

      My Question is this: Should i run Test E along as well? I know i should but i think about the lack of heavy weights. Is there a point? Will it help? What will be the effects running it while doing circle training & cardio?


      Please let me know what you think. I also am expecting a shipment of Anavar which i will add to my cycle. Please advise!

      Personally, if I couldn't lift with "typical" weights like I'm use to, I don't believe I would be running anything yet. I would just want to maximize each cycle and that means getting proper muscle stimulation. If you think you can get that without the "heavy weights" then cool.

      There are certainly ways to get good workouts with less equipment e.g. body weight exercises, using other things to lift or hold as you squat, use of bands, etc. A good training partner to do "manual resistance" would be helpful obviously too.

      For me, I don't run many cycles but when I do I meticulously plan and align everything that I can from diet, work schedule, vacation schedule, etc.

      Just my initial thoughts but you know your situation, how long roughly things will be shut down in Greece, what non-traditional equipment you have access too, etc.

      Did I read this right, just Proviron and clen? Always run a Test as a base in a cycle. But if you don’t have a gym or a home set up, save it and wait.

      To start:

      Your comment “i want to get the best out of AAS use without risking my health”. If you don’t want to take a risk then don’t use it. Simple. Only u will know how u will respond to these compounds ur talking about running.

      Otherwise:

      I would run the Test E and of course it will help with whatever activity you’re doing (running, weight training, circuit training, beating ur meat, etc)

      Ppl use test across the board for many things. Doesn’t have to be bodybuilding or training.

      I would throw var in too absolutely. I’ve ran it the whole cycle and was gtg on bloods after. It doesn’t have to be a lot of mgs either man.

      My experience and opinion.

      if your 40 your numbers will only go lower i know that your limited but you can do pull-ups run dips ect the best shape i have ever been in wasn't because of weights its cause I ate right and did lots of body weight exercise at 40 I would start trt with cyp or test e start 125-250 a week keep the proviron and start moving forward i think people fail to relilize a guy or woman can run gear and do it in a healthy way
