TRT ( 150mg sust, cjc1295 ) - Add winstrol to lose body fat?

Right now I'm sitting at 17% body fat, weight loss really slowed down (1/2 pound a week at best). I know and will be increasing cardio. Also realized I was over trained/to much weight training days. took a week off. I'm also doing a diet break these next 2 weeks @ maintenance caloric level.
Question is, I have a bottle of winstrol and was wondering if it would be a good or ok at best idea to add a low dose to my trt for the next 4 to 6 weeks (as I return to caloric deficit diet) to speed up last 8 pounds or so to get me to 13% body fat?
If so, what would be the lowest dose I could take and still get a decent fat loss increase effect? 50mg eod?
I've taken dbol, test and EQ before and not much hair loss if any. Should I bother taking Dutasteride?
I understand some of the side effects of it (cholesterol, dht increase, etc.) and definitely want to minimize these.

Hey I have a question been on trt 300mg a week for over a year and still can lose my belly fat was curious about running Tren what's everyone's opinion on this

In my opinion a half a lbs a week isn't bad at all. If your diet grows and your cardio grows. It'll come off more. Half a lbs isn't bad at all. 17% isn't obese or fat really. Depending on how you carry it genetic wise. Bro winni works different for different people. The term trt is thrown around so loosely now. Somebody smarter then i will chime in with something better Im sure. Diet cardio weights is key my friend

Whats your diet like? 300mgs is your trt? Im on at 300mgs. That's me. Tell us more about you. Diet goals previous cycle experience? Im no guru at all. Wtf does glenny boy know. Tren isn't a localized fat loss aid. Stubborn belly fat isnt easy to burn off. If your diets not straight and your not doing cardio and the right exercises. Its not going away. Even with "tren" study then study more then think. Tren is a miracle drug. If your bodys in the right place.

Just taking the test cyponate right now for over a year diet is just keto right now seems like any carbs I eat even like brown rice or whole grain I start gaining fat everyone is telling me lift and fuck cardio so I'm kinda stuck between not cutting fat and a hard place

You said your having a hard time cutting belly fat right my man? Your eating keto which is low carb. Whoever told you to Fuck cardio while trying to lose belly fat on keto isn't solid advice. Not saying their dumb or anything. If you have a area that YOU have a hard time losing fat at. I myself would do whatever it takes diet and cardio wise to make it happen. Your not in a hard place in my opinion. Your at a Starting point. Cardio never hurt anybody. While your losing weight drill abs. Sit ups crunches and squats and kill your diet

You said just cyp right now. Your "trt?" Dose is 300mgs. You running a anti e? If your running shit. Your carb sensitive it sounds like. I would get bloods drawn too. Be safe man. Not saying your off. I feel like you've been misinformed.

Yes I'm am taking anti e so your saying I should be doing cardio I've been told that it's basically worthless and that lifting is enough cardio I at the gym 5,6 days a week maybe I should throw in a couple of days of cardio how long would you suggest doing it for 30 minutes an hour

If your trying to cut up diet and cardio. Whoever told you that I don't know. Working out aids in fat loss no doubt. But cardio accommodates your goal bro. Start out with whatever your comfortable with.

I did the same but with Test Enanthate. At first it made me feel great then after a few months I got a bit of belly come back. A friend suggested Clenbuterol, which I started on 20mcg per day and worked up to 80mcg. Well that worked but you can't take Clen forever but it is a way to kick start the fat losing process IMHO.
The side effects is that you tend to get the shakes after taking Clen but that does wear off. Really hope I was helpful.
