In my opinion a half a lbs a week isn't bad at all. If your diet grows and your cardio grows. It'll come off more. Half a lbs isn't bad at all. 17% isn't obese or fat really. Depending on how you carry it genetic wise. Bro winni works different for different people. The term trt is thrown around so loosely now. Somebody smarter then i will chime in with something better Im sure. Diet cardio weights is key my friend
