      If you feel good on Crestor, then stick with it. Some (myself included) do not tolerate statins well, so then it becomes more of a balancing act health vs/ strength and size.

      As mentioned some compounds affect lipids more than others, test is "relatively" safe lipid-wise.

      Also, triglycerides should be monitored in addition to cholesterol.

      I have hereditary high cholesterol like yourself regardless of on cycle or off. (My total has been over 300 before on and off cycle). I took rosuvastatin for a couple of weeks once and started experiencing muscle aches. Switched over to atorvastatin and havented noticed any side effects since. It has brought my cholesterol down quite a bit although it still runs high on 10mg of atorvastatin. Ive noticed on testosterone my ldl doesnt seem to make a difference but hdl does seem to drop just a few points.
