20 years old and 356ng/dL total testosterone levels
Hello everyone, I'm a new member. I had done my bloodwork about a month ago and found out my test levels are 356ng/dL. I have been lifting for 6 years now and haven't touched any gear in my life. I don't have any libido issues but my sperm is very watery and transparent, when I touched it, it has a dry texture. I used depression and anixety medication two years ago and at that time my test. levels was 400 something. I'm 20 years old and shocked by my hormone levels. What could be the reason of this, is this could be something temporary, how can I solve this issue? Should I consider TRT?

How long were you on the meds & which meds were they? Are you on any meds for anything now? Do you currently eat pre-packaged microwaved meals frequently, or did you during your pubescent years?

I was on meds for 6 months, drugs were Xetanor and Olfrex. I don't use microwave. I was using plastic boxes for my meal preps but after I see my test results I stopped using them.

Im gonna to look into those. What about heavy Wifi exposure? Theres an app called "Electrosmart" that will montior every source of: Bluetooth, 4g/5g & wifi and show you where your exposure levels & locations are. Ive read about Wifi service techs becoming straight up infertile in just a few short years of being near the large banks of routers.

Thanks man. I never thought wifi could be the issue. I downloaded the app, after you said. According to app I am getting high exposure. Do you have any advice to reduce my exposure?

WOAH! Damn thats high! So many sources. Theres a company that makes clothing that blocks it. Boxers, cargo pants, sweats, hoodies, T's, hats etc... Anyway I can thing of the name. I try to find them. If you live in an apt building the exposure is insane, everyones wifi, Bluetooth & cells firing off.

I wasn't taking anything until i saw my test results. After I saw them i started taking 5000IU vitamin d, 400mcg selenium, 300mg magnesium, 80 mg zinc. I saw this "protocol" on one of Vigorous Steve's videos.
