Thread: new to TRT trying to dial it

Hi. I am new to anything related to hormones optimization,
I have been reading and watching videos for over a month
Plan is to start with 100mg a week, divided in 2 times a week

So finally my cypio arrive. 200mg/ml. used only .25 ml, thats should be 50 mg. then do a 20 min run and after, take a hot bath. during the bath my left forearm start to hurt a lot. I look at my veins and they look very big in both arms. after the bath I took some passion flower juice and the symptoms disappear so maybe it was high blood pressure. all my life I have neve experimented high blood pressure. it is always very low. besides the pain in the left arm, there were no more symptoms or side effects.
please advice what could happened? the run? the hot bath? i am not candidate for TRT?
I am 43 and this is my first test supplement ever.
