Blood Pressure on TRT Discussion and Insight on Controlling it

It's been a while since I posted and have some interesting insight to share regarding my TRT experience in relation to blood pressure. So prior to TRT, my blood pressure was on the higher side of normal however after starting TRT my blood pressure baseline increased noticeably (20 points on the systolic number).
Attempts to get it down with blood pressure medication have not been very effective however I was not willing to use any diuretics due to them increasing the chance of injury significantly which struck about a week into trying one for the first time which made the negatives outweigh the positive by far.

Dosage of Test did not seem to sway the number much in regards to trying to reduce it that way, however I did test that to cover all bases.

So fast forward to quite a bit later and I recently began adding Masteron for 12 weeks to assist with my end of year fitness goals which I knew in advance would reduce my estrogen levels and probably affect water retention as well through that mechanism.
10 days into adding that into the regiment while continuing my other prescription measures, I woke up with a reading of 120/80 which i haven't seen in quite a while.

I wasn't having much luck with assistance from my physician and felt like their lack of knowledge on TRT probably didn't help but I was very straight forward with them regarding everything being taken along with dosages.

I do not use any estrogen blockers as part of my TRT regiment as my values fall into the upper normal range and now after my recent analysis, i am starting to wonder if that was a mistake only in the aspect of controlling blood pressure as I am pretty certain that was the mechanism affected with this recent change even it was just water retention related.

I would love to get feedback from everyone else in this area and see what your personal experiences were in addition to sharing this information with the community to help others that find themselves in the same predicament.

Regular blood donation is linked to lower blood pressure and a lower risk for heart attacks. “It definitely helps to reduce cardiovascular risk factors,” says DeSimone.

excerpt I took from an article. Source was Colombia University Irving Medical center.

I know this is a bit old but just going through the forum a bit more lately.

      Donate blood.
      Try taking 5-10mg Cialis daily.
Get your fish oil (I'm a fan of sports research omega 3).
Try and take things out of your diet that can elevate blood pressure too (obviously) lol

Are you still using masteron to help with blood pressure while on TRT? Did you find this to be sustainable? I find it very interesting as I currently have the same issue. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I had excellent results combining it with TRT which was putting me in normal ranges but didn't feel comfortable staying on Masteron longer than 12 weeks and am now taking blood pressure meds (metoprolol extended release) to offset it.
Blood donation and Cialis helped but didn't sway the numbers enough to not use another solution.
HGH at 2IU raises my blood pressure but was certainly worth exploring and I have stayed on it due to all the other benefits it brought along with the primary usage being recovery from an injury.
I will definitely update this post if another sustainable and viable solution is found.

Like others said donating is key using peds increases your hbc /blood thickness causing slower flow and obviously more pressure.test actually significantly increases it . Drink plenty of water ..taking medication is usually needed sometimes more than one .. as well as a baby asprin daily.. just goes with the territory in this game from personal experience and everyone i know in it ..and definitely something to keep in check .due to the risk of blood clots ,kidney disease etc ..BDP
