Restarting TRT have question regarding Armidex?

Hello guys, I'm beginning TRT again with approx. 200mg per week of test cyp. Along that I'm doing 200mg of deca for 3 months would .5 mg of Armidex twice daily per week be sufficient? I'd appreciate anyones opinionn and if armidex would be my best choice? Thank you guys

3 things, usually you would run test at a higher dose than Deca and at that dose of Test, you shouldn't need an AI, you will DEFINITELY tank your estro with that much Adex, probably inside of a week. Normally when you're at a high enough dose of Test to warrant taking an AI, it's .5mg 2x/week!, depending on your bloods of course. Lastly, most people prefer Aromasin for an AI, it's a little more forgiving.

You should be fine at the test and deca dose since it's a mild dose of deca. Personally I'd run 300mg test with it, cause technically you're not on trt with deca in there. And mr Smith's right about the adex. That's way too much. I dont think you'll need an ai at all. Having your estrogen on a safe high side is good for building muscle. As long as you dont see any physical sides I'd drop the adex.
