So, I’ve been on TRT for several years. Recently on some blood work my Estradiol levels were over 80. My doctor isn’t wanting to change my regimen in any way. How can I lower my Estradiol numbers? All others were unremarkable

I've been on trt for 5 years. For the first four, my E2 numbers were in the mid-60s and never had any issues. Over the last year, I noticed my libido dropping, so I decided to do more blood work. My E2 had risen to the low 80s. I've never had much luck with DIM or Calcium d-Gluterate. I played around with various Exemestane dosages and ended up at 12.5 mg every 5th day. That put me an E2 of 45 with a total T of 1500. Libido Sky High and also leaning me out a bit. I was already sub 10%, but apparently, I was holding a lot of some cutaneous water that I didn't realize.
Run some primo, EQ, or Masteron at low dosages or AI’s work too.
I use Sustanon, low dose Deca for joints and Primo as my AI for my HRT

Lowering my body fat paired with cardio helped me lower my Estradiol. When I first started TRT in 2020 after 8 weeks my Estradiol was 120. I lost a bunch of fat and did much more cardio which seemed to regulate this much better. Not sure if this would apply to you but figured I'd mention it here in your thread.
