Depends where your gyno is coming from. Nolvadex helped me only one time. Ive crashed e2 many times. Masteron helps when im off it at decent doses to reverse it. Worse thing to do in igf gyno is adding insulin. Theory goes igf should not cause gyno without estrogen presence but also gyno itself in the medical community remains mysterious in certain scenarios.
