Did some Deadlifts today. I'm only messing with 365lbs (which isn't light for my tall ass 6'3) but i did a few sets.. x7, x6, x3.. which is 3 more reps total than i did last week. Just started playing with it..
After my workout, i messed around again and did Incline BB press 200x20. Which was very easy.. As i said before, once i hit 20 reps, i move up in weight. so it'll be heavier next time
5 hours of sleep was good enough for me to nail 315 for 7 (higest i've gone before was 5 reps) then broke my personal record with 355 x 1, then felt froggy and did 360 x 1
