I did not workout today because of a inflamed nerve on my left hip and down my leg. I am sure it is from the cardio I did yesterday on the row machine. Guess I need to do it more often! I hope it will be better tomorrow so I can hit it hard. O"yeah I am not complaining just not use to using certain muscles in my legs and I am no spring chicken.
Day off for me too. Chilling and watching a movie

Great workout today! Strength is still on the rise and feeling good.
Dumbbell bench- 6 sets of 10
Preacher curls- 4 sets of 10, 1 set of 8, 2 sets of 6
Tricep push downs machine- 6 sets of 10
Bicep curls machine- 4 sets of 10, 1 set of 8, 1 set of 6
Pec flies machine- 6 sets of 10
Tricep push downs w/ rope- 7 sets of 10
Bicep curls w/ small bar- 5sets of 10, 2 sets of 8
Quad presses- 8 sets of 10
Calves 7 sets of 10
Ab machine- 5 sets of 40
Training chest tonight with the kid. Really looking forward to it after a rest day
