      Had a fast training session today. Got my training partner back after a brief layoff cause off his scheduling at work. Training back and bi's

      Wide grip pull downs superset hammer strength preacher curls 5x20 each

      Close grip pull downs superset dumbbell curls 5x12 each

      Seated hammer rows superset incline curls 5x12 each

      25 minutes cardio and done

      Leg day and man I am hurting. Still a little paranoid about squats, I have hurt my back numerous times doing them. Good workout Mr Kubes!
      Hamstring presses-6 sets of 10
      Quad presses- 6 sets of 10
      Leg presses- 6 sets of 10
      Glute kick backs- 6 sets of 10
      Leg rolls and kickbacks- 5 sets of 10

      I was about 75% in the gym today, I am glad the cedar fever is almost gone.
      Incline bench- 2 sets of 10, 1 set of 8, 1 set of 6, 1 set of 4, 1 set of 2
      Tricep behind head rope pulls- 6 sets of 10
      Dumbbell curls- 5 sets of 8
      Bench dips- 4 sets of 30
      Dumbbell hammer curls- 5 sets of 8
      Incline abs- 1 set of 20
      Ab machine- 4 sets of 40
      Quad presses- 5 sets of 10

      Watched the game Kubes, sorry about the Ducks. Maybe next year! How did you like the stadium? I took a tour right after it was built and it is awesome.

      Shoulder presses 6x12

      Side lateral raises 6x15

      Front lateral raises 6x15

      Shrugs 5x30

      Leg presses 5x30

      Calf raises 5x30

      Leg extensions 5x12

      Leg curls 5x12

      50 Jump squats into lunges across the gym 3 sets

      Wall sits 3 sets to failure

      40 minutes cardio and done boom!!
