Leg day!
Squats 4x10 (then did a 5th set for 2 reps at 335)
Reverse hack squat 5x10
Single leg - leg extensions 4x10 each side
Single leg - leg curls 4x 10 each side
Seated calf press 4x 10
Glute press 3x 10
Weighted crunch machine 4x 15
Over head cable crunches 3x15
I know 335 don't sound like a lot to some of you guys with ox legs but I've came a long way with my legs and 335 is good for me!
The weight doesn't matter. It's all about tearing tissue to cause growth. Looks like a good workout bro. Rest day for me gonna watch the season premier of the new show 12 monkeys and helix tonight

Glad to see you kickin back Brothers, I am about to do the same. If you squat 335lbs that is very good Treetrunk! I cannot do squats because of my back and my knee, I wish that I could do squats.
Sitting military press- 2 sets of 10, 1 set of 8, 1 set of 6, 1 set of 4, 1 set of 2
Lat pulldowns- 5 sets of 10
Switched hands on lat pulldowns- 4 sets of 10 1 set of 6
Military press machine- 3 sets of 10, 1 set of 8
Pec presses machine- 4 sets of 10
Lat pulls machine- 5 sets of 10
Quad presses- 5 sets of 10
Ab machine- 4sets of 40
Incline abs- 2 sets of 20
