      Thanks brother. I did 2 DEEP squats, and that's all I could handle. Definitly a new PR for me, first time I've tried 335, I've been hitting 315 solid for a couple months now so I figured I'd give 335 a shot and felt pretty good! No doubt I'll be feeling it tomorrow though.

      Had a killer back and bi workout. Been finishing the build on that computer all day. Got most of it down now with windows I installed now got to install hackintosh to the other partition and my work is done for tonight

      Lol at least your using one now. Great chest day today! Can really feel the sups kicking. Made some really good gains the last couple weeks. 40 minutes cardio right after training

      Just left the gym and blasted the back and biceps with Kfizzle.

      3 sets wide grip pull ups til failure
      3x10 standing lat pull downs
      3x10 seated lat pull downs
      Drop set from 180 lbs T-bar row
      3x10 bent over rows
      Concentrate cable curls 3x15
      Standing cable arm curls 3x15
      Fat gripz incline curls 3x10
      Fat gripz hammer curls 3x10
      Alternating cable curls 3x10

      Smoked!!

      Solid workout Kubes! You got to love it when the supps are kickin in. I had to leave work and come home today, I cannot shake this cedar fever. I slept all afternoon and still feel like crap.

      I started carb cycling today and had a killer ass headache all day, I'm assuming from having next to no carbs today, other than that felt pretty damn good in the gym tonight! Starting to do some serious leaning out, which is driving me to push and lose the last couple pounds I want to! Nice arm session kubes! Makes me miss my days where I slotted a whole gym session just for arms man! Now I try to tie them in with another muscle group...

      How are you splitting your carb cycle? I love carb cycling watch the fat just melt off
