Glad to see you guys talking about this...I've been thinking of trying it too. So, what I have never understood.....
On the low carb days, are you replacing those calories with something else so that your calories for each day stay steady? Or are you cutting calories as well on the low carb days?? Say, you go from 200 carbs to 100. Do you add in 100 protein to compensate for the reduced calories? Or does everything stay the same?
Have never seen that addressed anywhere.
