      Kubes-what are you training

      Not feeling very good today! Pretty sure I have a sinus infection. Going to the gym anyway just to go through the motions and walk on the treadmill. Will have to just train today like a normal person

      Thanks brother did back and bi's today didn't really go very heavy but did a total of 36 sets 18 for back and 18 for bi's

      Nothing wil hold me down brother it just slows me down a little... Lol... I got through the training today it was rough but i stuck to my normal routine of 18 working sets and 2 muscle groups for a total of 36 sets. Went light each set was between 15-20 reps. Its good to change things up anyway. Have a great day brothers!!
