Happy Friday Kubes!
I did cardio and weights this morning.
Breakast was half an apple, 1 Weetabix protein, 1 slice goat cheese, 1 tsp peanut butter, lunch was half an apple, another slice goat cheese on sourdough bread and a couple of walnuts, snack was half a slice ginger bread.

20 minutes cardio and done
