I'm not yo far off there as far as food and training. It's just getting my normal stuff done around the house that I'm behind on. I'll just have to chip away at it this week

Good day big Kubes.
i did fasted HIIT cardio and weights today.
Breakfast was a protein waffle and a double Nespresso, lunch was tuna and cherry tomatoes.
