3 sets flat BB bench, last set drop x3
3 sets incline DB
Giant set: hammer strength incline press, pec deck, cable flies x3
2 sets DB flies

Grilled some NY steak with potato. My son is out with h his GF. My daughter wife and dog are gonna NBA light of just a few fireworks and relax
