5.75 oz grilled chicken breast 1 cup Basmatti rice. My daughters team won both games today first one 8-0 and the second one 14-0. Then she played as a pick up player for another team. Get started again early tomorrow morning

Kubes-what are you training
I'm going to be incorporating more sauces and hot sauces low calorie low sugar to the food to spice things up. It will be fun to make the good taste better on such a restrictive meal for plan
