      Good morning Kubes.

      I did fasted cardio and weights today.

      Breakfast was gluten free crackers with a tsp peanut butter and an apple, lunch was a salmon spread on a slice gluten free bread.

      2 days ago chest in the AM then 2hrs of hard mountain biking
