Good day Kubes.
I did fasted cardio and shoulders early today.
Breakfast was an egg white omelet and a toast, lunch was pea and basil spread and goats cheese with walnuts on a slice rye bread, snack was a cracker with a tsp peanut butter.

Leg press 20 reps x 4
DB SLDL x 3
Leg ext x 3
Seated leg curl x 3
Calves.
