Good day Kubes.
I did fasted cardio and shoulders/back today.
Breakfast was Weetabix protein, a tsp peanut butter, an apple and a few pecans, lunch was black olive tapenade, a slice Ezekiel bread with vegan cheese and a tsp natural peanut butter.
