      Kubes-what are you training

      Arms

      4 exercises bi and tri, 4 sets of 10, no eve cardio, old hip injury is bothering me so I skipped it to keep from irritating it more

      I’ve been hitting hard and not eating enough, been really paying for it in soreness and not healing. I put some food down tonight, started tren yesterday and am starting to get that hunger and restlessness

      I did fasted cardio and arms today.

      Breakfast was tofu spread, pecans, half a large tomato, a slice Ezekiel bread, lunch was black olives tapenade, tofu on sourdough crackers.
