I’ve been hitting hard and not eating enough, been really paying for it in soreness and not healing. I put some food down tonight, started tren yesterday and am starting to get that hunger and restlessness

I did fasted cardio and arms today.
Breakfast was tofu spread, pecans, half a large tomato, a slice Ezekiel bread, lunch was black olives tapenade, tofu on sourdough crackers.
