Good morning Kubes.
I did fasted cardio and abs today.
Breakfast was a cracker with apple sauce, pecans and fresh goats cheese, a glass beetroot juice, lunch was half a tomato, Philadelphia cream cheese, pecans on a slice sourdough bread and beetroot juice.
