      Kubes-what are you training

      Here was my workout today

      Incline hammer strength press 5x10

      Incline cable press inside grip palms facing 5x12

      Incline me cable flys 5x15

      Pec deck 5x10

      Finished off with pullovers 5x15

      40 minutes cardio right after weights and post training shake
