      Trained back and bi's this morning.
      Lat pull downs 5 x 12 superset ez bar curls

      Hammer strength pull downs 5 x 12 superset cable curls

      free motion pulls 5 x 12 super set hammer strength preacher curls

      seated rows 6 x 15 supper set seated dumbbell curls

      40 minutes cardio and done

      Started with Bench 5x12 with the last set being drop sets striping off weight to failure every set. Super set dips
      Free weight fly's 5x12 super set triceps push downs
      Free motion fitness incline and decline fly's directly into presses. 5x12 fly's right into 5x12 presses for each working set. Super set pull downs
      35 minutes cardio and done
