Started my packed meals two days ago. Mostly baked chicken, salmon, and tilapia with some red meat on occasion. Sweet potatoes, zucchini, squash, peppers all roasted. Wife is amazing in kitchen thank geezus.
Lookin forward to some spiral ham for Christmas dude.

Thanks kube. I need to purchase a cheap little digi scale. Found out my BMR roughly 1960 and TDEE is 3530 so I’m gonna start tying to manage my food intake a bit better.
