I want to know specifically how you're preparing the sweet potato.
I like rice because less bloat then lets say pasta. Same reason I'll choose corn tortilla or flour tortilla. You say sweet potato is even better then rice I'll replace or at least incorporate it in my diet.
I'm all about less bloat. And about to drop some fat

Hey bro, don’t know bout kubes but I just pop em in the oven. Sometimes I eat skin sometimes not. Plain no butter or brown sugar bro haha.
My wife fries em up sometimes which is amazing and crunchy but I’m sure destroys most of nutrition.

My wife fries em up sometimes which is amazing and crunchy but I’m sure destroys most of nutrition.
Actually I prefer them microwaved. It gives them more the texture of a russet potato tratger then like a yam
8 whites 2 yolk 2 slices daves killer bread oj and preworkout
Trained arm this morning
40 minutes cardio right after weights
Post training shake and apple

Ahhh yea the microwave. I just don’t use it much but I got ya. Anyway is a good way to prepare sweet potatoes.
2 pieces dkb toast
4 eggs, 4 whites
