We had 11 inches of snow today so my gym was closed! unfortunately i couldn't train today.

Damn. We have been getting hit left and right too. There is like no where to put anymore snow. Our gyms are never closed though. I am usually the only parent dragging my kid out In that shit . I didnt go today either but it's because I have been worn down and stressed with work and the kids.

Been a really challenging week at work. Fighting the snow and staff missing work cause of the road conditions. Here is my food intake today: I hope to get back to the gym tomorrow
Meal 1 8 whites 2 yolk 2 slices Ezekiel bread toasted oj and redline
Meal 2 rtd muscle milk and Fuji apple
Meal 3 5.75 oz grilled chicken breast 200 grams sweet potato
Meal 4 6 oz grilled chicken breast 200 grams sweet potato
Meal 5 6 oz ground turkey cheddar cheese pico and shredded lettuce on whole wheat tortilla
