Sorry guys I been here just haven’t had as much time to post but I been working behind the scenes. I got my business open up and running and been busy with my daughters sports time of year on top of it. I’ll get posting in here again. This thread is a lot of work lol..... I still been training and eating clean. I am suffering from some old injury aches and pains though. That’s just life. Thanks guys for checking on me

Good news. Finally after 1.5 years out from my rotator cuff injury I was able to do incline machine press today. Wahoo I had been using cables but now being able to add incline press back is huge
