It just takes forever. I think it will probably never be the same but it’s way better and now I can work around it!!

I fucked mine up bad yrs ago. Took about that long to heal ..but never quite the same as far as range of motion...cant raise arm over head All way cant really throw a baseball anymore...like it healed improper...no pain though...dislocated shoulder an jammed it bad fractures tears etc....bench press comp...bout 9 yrs ago

Just made a roast with white and red potatoes. I’m really full. It’s time to fire this thread back up. I’m waiting about 1.5 hours then taking the dogs out for a walk to get in my daily cardio. They are so happy. Moving forward I may be doing daily doubles. I don’t have much else to do besides watching Netflix [emoji4]
