      I fucked mine up bad yrs ago. Took about that long to heal ..but never quite the same as far as range of motion...cant raise arm over head All way cant really throw a baseball anymore...like it healed improper...no pain though...dislocated shoulder an jammed it bad fractures tears etc....bench press comp...bout 9 yrs ago

      Ya mine still bugs me a little but nothing like before... I have full range of motion and it doesnít interfere with my day to day life.... work etc. just probably will never do flat bench press again. Thatís what blew it out
