      Busy today and yesterday finally time to post. Eating has been normal. Went back to the gym yesterday to train chest. Great session

      Flat hammer strength press heavy. 5x10 2 forced reps to hit 12

      Incline BB bench 5x10

      Flat DB flies heavy 5x10

      Incline Db flies 5x10

      Pullovers 5x12

      Chest is rocked today

      Trained back today

      Wide grip lat pull downs 5x12

      Seated hammer strength rows 5x12

      Close grip pull downs 5x10

      Bent over rows 5x10

      Reverse peck deck 5x20

      Done
