      Took today off to rest. Had to work. Will be hitting shoulders tomorrow. The new home gym setup is working out great my chest hasn’t been sore like this I’m a long time! Feels good

      No. Right now my goal is confusion. Stepping out of my norm and doing things differently every day. That includes one body part vs some days two. Slower tempos one day vs faster others. Getting board and need a change. That’s all.

      This lifestyle is all about change. Change is the hardest thing for us to do. I’m trying to change everything each 4-6 weeks.

      My warm up is most people’s workouts. Anyone that really was to create hypertrophy has to add some volume to there training and also be willing to change it up. Change up the training the food everything each 4-6 weeks
