Another leg day today, I am not pushing any weight on my arm for at least 4 or 5 days. It is very hard not work out my upper body. I am getting me a new diet, I am loosing weight fast and will still stick to my diet now until I hit 200lbs. Then I will revise the diet I am working on now.
