Hit it early this morning to be home for football.
Chest and triceps day
Bench 5x12 superset dips to start
Free weight flys heavy. 5x10 superset tricep kick backs
Peck deck 5x12 superset push downs
Free motion incline flys5x10 right into presses for another ten reps each set. Superset one arm pull downs on the free motion lat pull machine.
Free motion decline flys 5x12 right into decline presses like above.
30 minutes of cardio a tan and headed home to be lazy with 2 football games to watch! Happy Sunday bro's hit the iron hard!

Started with squats 5x10
One leg leg presses 5x10 each leg
Leg extensions 5x25
Leg curls 5x15
Lunges across the gym 3x
Wall sits 3x to failure
30 minutes cardio and done

I try to make every training session this intense and leave no rocks unturned. With only hitting legs once a week i try to get the most out of it. I hit calves on a separate day

With that workout those legs should b a bit sore tomorrow..cardio after hitting legs will reduce lactic acid buildup.

I do the cardio after training because my body is already in the fat burning zone so i get the most out of everything. Otherwise i would have to waste 20 minutes starting my cardio to get to were i already am after weight training
