I did cross fit today. 10 rounds for time of 10 pull ups, 10 dips, 10 squats and 10 sit ups.
breakfast was a shake, lunch a high protein omelet with Parmesan and dinner another shake.

12 mins cardio warmup, then chest/tri's, cardio later, there was a 4th set of the pullovers also, must have missed logging
