      Awesome back and bicep workout!

      Started with lat pulls 6x12 superset preacher curls

      Reverse grip hammer strength pull downs 6x12 superset dumbbell curls

      Seated rows 6x12 superset cable curls

      Hammer pull downs 6x12 superset concentration curls

      Got my swole on did 35 minutes cardio and done

      Honestly I wish I could do that many super sets, but my gym is always packed no matter what time of day it is because I live in a highly populated area, so I get in super sets when I can.

      Same here...always want to explore supersets more, but it's just too crowded.

      The idea is to use one compound movement to tear the most tissue and then use the secondary muscle lift to finish off the secondary muscle

      Shoulders, tri's and legs this morning

      Side lateral raises 5x15 superset dumbbell skull crushers
      Front lateral raises 5x15 superset rope push downs
      Arnold presses superset seated tricep extension with cables.
      Shrugs 5x20 superset behind neck presses

      Leg press machine 5x20 superset calf extensions every set
      Leg extensions 5x20
      Leg curls 5x15
      Wall sits to failure one leg at a time
      Lunges across the gym and up the stairs
      No cardio today that was enough

      I have but I like to focus on one compound movement and use the secondary lift to finish of the the complimenting muscle group. Rather than super setting 2 compound movements
