      Lat pull downs 5x12 superset preacher curls
      Reverse grip pull downs 6x12 superset hammer curls
      Hammer pull downs 6x12 superset dumbbell curls
      Bent over rows Arnold style 6x20 superset standing cable curls
      35 minutes cardio and done. Making nice gains in the mirror and increases in the weights lifting brothers

      I decided to change up things a bit. Moved my training to night time during the work week. Yesterday I did back and Bi's. today chest and tri's. what an amazing pump I got after filling up with all my meals. Felt real strong and sleeping like a baby. I am going to run with this for the next 4-6 weeks and make the most of it. Gains here we come again!

      Thats exactly what I have to do brother. I've tried hitting it in the morning many times. My body just wont give its all unless I've had at least a few meals in me first.
