I did cross fit today.
Breakfast was the usual Shakeology with 2 Activia yoghurts and lunch was a snack because I didn't have much time (protein cookies and some cheese).

Tri push downs
Hammer strength ISO curls
Rope pull downs
Reverse curls
40 minutes cardio and done

Looking great Kubes you are very disciplined! I had to stop cardio due to my knee swelling as big as a grapefruit. It is not just the bike but I do a lot of manual labor and I have to climb ladders and lift heavy weight. I am going to have to quit so much hard labor because of my knee I am hoping to find something on my computer to work to keep me from having a knee replacement.
