Rest day today. Got extra sleep and headed off to work. Back to the iron tomorrow!
Cardio and Abs Day
30 minute cardio
3x20 Crunches with Legs on Bench
3x20 Knee Hip Raises
3x20 Twisting Floor Crunches
Biceps and triceps for me today! Anything that makes them hurt ( in a good way)
Going in a few hours!
Hammer curls 4 sets of 10
Dumbbell preacher curls 4 sets of 8
Straight bar curls 3 sets of 8
Pull downs 4 sets of 25
Nose breakers 3 sets of 8
Burn out on over head tri extensions 90 reps with 90 pounds
Burn out on biceps. Smith machine cable curls. 120 pounds for 70 reps
I do odd work outs lol.
Chest day brothers- Super set tri's just to finish them off
Started with cable crossovers to warm up 3x25
Bench press 5x12 heavy sets to failure. Failed at 10th rep and forced out 2 more each set super set behind the neck presses
Incline free weight dumbbell bench 5x12 to failure super set triceps push downs
dumbbell fly's heavy as i could go 50lb dumbbells 5x10 super set dips
finished off with the free motion fitness fly machine incline fly's 4 x 12 and decline fly's 4x12 super setting skull crushers
Done with the weights in 50 minutes 30 minutes cardio and off to work!
