I did cross fit during my lunch break.
Breakfast was Shakeology and 1 Activia yogurt, lunch was cheddar cheese on gluten free bread.
2 slices Ezekiel bread, coconut almond butter & jam. Shake with 3 egg whites & 1/4 cup grits.
sprouted wheat beagle, coconut almond butter, chicken burrito
Salmon burger on Ezekiel bun, lentil pasta, greens, & low sodium can of V8
5.75 oz grilled chicken breast greens and 200 grams sweet potato
