I'm consistently taking in 3400 calories a day with a carb load day of an additional 500gms every 9 days until 3 weeks out; mostly high GI carbs w/ 2000mg of metformin. It keeps me full and lean while fueling the training in between. The basic meal plan is chicken, oatmeal, and broccoli....nothing spectacular. Keep pushin'....love keeping up with your regimens everyone!

I did chest and back today.
Breakfast was a Shakeology, lunch was sardines on gluten free bread and a protein cookie.
