Full chest day today bench, decline bench, incline hammer, dumbbell flyes, dumbbell pullover, pec deck and thirty mins of cardio. Lifted with two women today, that was interesting, it was annoying the guys staring though. When I'm in the zone I honestly could give a shit they are women, all I care about is they put 100% in. I've trained with one of them, this was her twin, it was freaking me out. Lol. It was great when the one I train with regular told her sister, "he's not staring at your tits he's watching to make sure your flexing the muscle right".
The only true failure is quitting, any other attempt is practice!
